How do payments work?
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. You can pay with any method linked to your Apple ID — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or App Store gift cards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Both Plus and Family plans come with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Is my data private?
All messages use AES-GCM 256-bit end-to-end encryption. Documents stay on your device and iCloud — our servers never see your medical data. Zero-knowledge by design.
Can my family use one subscription?
The Family plan lets you manage health data for all family members (and pets!) within a single app. Each family member gets their own profile with individual health tracking.
What do AI tokens include?
Every token pack gives you access to all AI systems on the platform — the AI Medical Assistant for clinical support, MedGemma for medical image analysis, and Prescription OCR for digitizing documents. One token balance, every AI feature. As we add new AI capabilities, they'll be included automatically.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Family to Plus or Free, your existing data is preserved — you just can't add new entries for locked features until you upgrade again.
