These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MedFlux websites, apps, APIs, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Lerensoft (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
MedFlux provides secure medical communication, document workflows, video/voice calls, clinical modules, and optional AI assistance for healthcare professionals, patients, and organizations. Features may vary by plan, region, and deployment (cloud or self-hosted).
MedFlux is a communication and workflow tool. It does not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or emergency care. AI outputs are assistive only and may be incomplete or incorrect; clinicians remain solely responsible for clinical decisions. Do not rely on the Service for life-threatening emergencies — use local emergency services.
You agree not to:
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, encrypt, back up, and process that content solely to operate the Services you request. Encrypted content is handled according to the product’s security model. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis to process any patient or third-party data you introduce.
Paid plans, free tiers, and trials are described on our pricing pages or order forms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with notice for renewals. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
The Services may integrate with payment processors, cloud infrastructure, email/push providers, imaging viewers, or other tools. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages outside our reasonable control.
MedFlux, EmbryoIQ, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of Lerensoft and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no IP rights are transferred to you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Self-hosted deployments may have different operational responsibilities defined separately.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that AI suggestions are accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lerensoft and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim (or €100 if no paid fees). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
You will defend and indemnify Lerensoft against claims arising from your content, clinical use decisions, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer or data-protection rule in your country requires otherwise. Courts of İstanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local protections.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
